Meet Mikki and Bella! Our latest FURRY FRIENDS of the WEEK! (5/9/16)

Mikki is a 10-year old Poodle mix. He’s gentle, happy, playful, quiet, friendly and smart! He enjoys going for car rides, likes cats and knows tons of commands! Sadly, his owners moved to a new apartment that did not allow pets! He had lived with his family for 8 years and now finds himself alone and wondering what happened. Mikki may be a little older, but he does not look or act his age. If you have room in your heart and home and would like to help this Senior Guy enjoy his ‘golden years’ with you, why not come see for yourself. He will make the perfect companion!

Bella is a senior lady who came to us because her owner no longer wanted her. He reported that she has litter box problems, but we haven’t seen this problem since she has been at the RISPCA. She is a very shy and timid girl, but a sweetie pie when she warms up. Her previous owner did give us some information and did say she was afraid of children. Bella seems like she would do best in a quiet home with someone who is looking for a lap cat companion…and someone who doesn’t mind waiting a little while for her to come out of her shell.
