Kibbles is a 4-year old dachshund that was brought in because her owner was moving into senior housing. She is a very happy girl, likes to go for walks and run around. She is extremely food motivated and would do well with positive reinforcement training. Kibbles can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. She would be interested in meeting our dog if you have one, but she has never lived with another pet.
Lizzy is a 10-year old spayed female that was brought to the RISPCA in October because her owner was moving. She weighed over 26 lbs. So far, she has lost over 4 lbs. She has a long way to go, but she is making progress. She will need an owner that will be sure to work with her to keep her on a strict diet and to keep her moving. The more weight she loses, the happier we can see she is!
