Meet Alice and Jake – our FURRY FRIENDS OF THE WEEK! (11/21/16)

Jake is a 1&1/2- year old neutered male. He was adopted out as a kitten, but was returned recently because his owner had to move back in with her father who has a dog…and that just did not work out. Jake is a very nice boy, always purring, gives head butts…but can get a little over stimulated, so reading cat signals is helpful.
Check out Alice! She’s a 2.5-year old goober with so much spunk and sass you won’t know how you’ve lived this long without her! She is a very playful & silly dog who really loves her walks with Alice and all the other staff & volunteers. We are unsure how she will be with cats and dogs but would be willing to do a meet and greet. She would do well with some Positive Reinforcement training when adopted to help refine her manners.
