Meet Aja! She is a gorgeous 9-year old Shepherd mix that is as sweet as pie! When Aja came in, she was scared and reserved, but now she is becoming a volunteer and staff favorite with her love of walks and awesome demeanor. She does like other dogs, we are unsure about cats, and a home with older kids would be okay. This golden girl is a Marvin’s Friend so her adoption fee is waived.
Betty is a 4-year old spayed calico who’s owner was unable to keep her, and she is an absolute lovebug!! She starts off a little shy, but once you start petting her, she purrs up a storm and you have made a friend for life. She did come in with another cat, so as long as you do a proper introduction to cats, she would probably do okay. Her owner stated she has not been exposed to dogs or children. She is quite shy, so she may be a little overwhelmed by active dogs or active children. You will not be disappointed in this gem of a cat!
