INGREDIENTS: Vodka, Grenadine, Hawaiian Punch, big marshmallows, cranberries, chocolate frosting, toothpicks, rosemary or candy reindeer antlers (or pretzels), ice, simple syrup, sprinkles, candy canes, and candy eyes
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine 3 shots of vodka, 3 shots of Hawaiian punch, and 1 shot of grenadine in a shaker with ice. Set aside. Make a reindeer garnish with your marshmallow, frosting, candy eyes, cranberry, toothpick, and candy cane. Put simple syrup on the glass rim and dip in sprinkles for a festive look. Shake up the shaker and pour intro glass and serve. Either infuse your vodka ahead of time with cranberries or use cranberry flavored vodka. Improvise and have fun!

RECIPE HERE: Naughty But Nice Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS: Hot Chocolate (packet or homemade), Vodka (Regular or Peppermint Flavored), Chocolate Liqueur, Ice, Marshmallow or Candy Cane for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine 3oz of vodka and 3oz of Choc liqueur into your hot chocolate (no longer hot but warm-ish)… Mix in a shaker over ice. Pour into a glass which then can be garnished with toasted marshmallows or fluff and peppermint!

INGREDIENTS: 2-ounces Old New England Classic Eggnog, 1-ounce vodka, 1-ounce chocolate liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all three into your shaker over ice. Shake for 30 seconds, Swirl chocolate into chilled martini glass & strain, garnish with grated nutmeg. Optional: Shaved chocolate rim

INGREDIENTS: 2 heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 shot glasses of Bourbon, 2 shot glasses of heavy cream, cool whip, salt, a touch of sea salt, caramel sauce in a squeeze bottle
INSTRUCTIONS: In a blender, combine ice cream, heavy cream, bourbon, salt, and one-shot glass of caramel. Blend. While it’s blending, coat glass of choice with caramel drizzle, pour in ice cream mix, top with a dollop of cool whip, and drizzle caramel on top. Serve with a spoon and/or straw.

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups Apple Cider, 1/2 Cup silver tequila, ¼ c freshly squared lemon juice, Sugar for the rim, Cinnamon, for the rim, Salt for the rim, Apple slices for garnish, Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS: In a pitcher, combine cider, tequila, and lemon juice. Dip glasses in caramel than into a mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fill with margarita glass and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick!

RECIPE HERE: The Hallowine Sangria
INGREDIENTS: 1 bottle red wine, 1 orange (cut into wedges), 1 lemon (cut into wedges), 1/4 cup sugar, 2 cups ginger ale or club soda (chilled), Garnish: 1 cup gummy worms (or gummy bugs, spooky hard candy eyes)
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix everything in pitcher, chill, pour into glass (over ice optional), and garnish with candy and spiders.
Lite on the Rocks Episode 12: The Pumpkin Pie-tini
RECIPE HERE: The Pumpkin Pie-tini
INGREDIENTS: Candy Corn, Spice Rum, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1 can of Pumpkin puree, Graham Crackers, Honey, Ice
INSTRUCTIONS: Ahead of time, coat the rim of a martini glass with honey and graham cracker crumble and then chill the glass for at least an hour. When ready to serve, mix Godiva, Spiced Rum, and a heaping spoonful of pumpkin in a shaker with ice. Pour into glass and garnish with candy corn.
Lite on the Rocks Episode 11: The Poisoned Apple Cider & the Candy Corn Cup
RECIPE HERE: Poisoned Apple Cider
INGREDIENTS: 4 oz Apple Cider, 1.5 oz Pomegranate Juice, 1.5 oz Spiced Rum, 1/2 oz. Grenadine, Cinnamon Sugar and 1/2 tsp Edible Gold or Silver Glitter. You could use Cranberry Juice too instead of Pom Juice.
INSTRUCTIONS: In a shaker with ice, add Cider, Pom Juice, Spiced Rum, and Grenadine…Tumble for 30 seconds. Strain and pour into a wine glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Serve with stirrer.
RECIPE HERE: Candy Corn Cup
INGREDIENTS: Orange Juice, Vodka, Coconut or Marshmallow Creme Liqueur, Candy Corns, toothpicks, Ice
INSTRUCTIONS: Overnight, mix a small mason jar with candy corn and vodka. The next day, strain and pour a shot glass full of the orange vodka. Fill another shot glass with cream liqueur. Fill a 3rd shot glass with OJ. Once measured out, fill the iced-filled shaker with the contents of all three shot glasses. Shake and then pour into a small glass. Garnish with actual candy corns on a toothpick and a decorative straw. Enjoy!

RECIPE HERE: Swedish Fish Martini
INGREDIENTS: 2oz vodka, 1oz triple sec, 1oz cranberry juice, 1/3 oz lime juice & 1 Swedish Fish candy
INSTRUCTIONS: Frost the rim of glass with bar sugar (use lemon), Half fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, add Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Tumble for 30 seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Swedish Fish candy.

RECIPE HERE: Drunken Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients: MAKES 2 SERVINGS
FOR THE REESE’S-INFUSED VODKA: 1 cup of vodka, 1/2 cup of Reese’s Pieces
FOR THE COCKTAIL: Ice, 3 oz. Reese’s-infused vodka, 3 oz. milk, 2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur, 1/4 cup peanut butter, for rimming glass,
1/2 cup crushed Reese’s Pieces, for rimming glass, 2 Reese’s peanut butter cups, for garnish, 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
Instructions: 1. In a mason jar, combine vodka and Reese’s pieces. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake. Refrigerate overnight, then strain. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then pour over strained vodka, milk, and chocolate liqueur. Shake until chilled. 3. Put peanut butter on one small plate and crushed Reese’s Pieces on another. Dunk tops of two cocktail glasses in peanut butter then roll in crushed Reese’s Pieces. 4. Drizzle about a tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each glass. Divide the cocktail mixture between glasses and garnish each with a peanut butter cup.

RECIPE HERE: The Bee’s Knees with Barr Hill Gin
Ingredients: 2 oz Barr Hill Gin, .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, .75 oz Raw Honey Syrup (2:1), Lemon Twist Garnish
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a mixing tin, add ice, shake, then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add garnish.
Fun Fact: The phrase “bee’s knees” was prohibition-era slang for “the best.”
Lite on the Rocks Episode 7: Fultons’ Pumpkin Patch
RECIPE HERE: Fulton’s Pumpkin Patch
Ingredients: 2 oz Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur & 1oz Anchor Spiced Rum
Instructions: Pour Fulton’s & rum in a rocks glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top… Sip and enjoy!

Ingredients: Martini & Rossi Fiero, Rosé All Day, Soda Water, Orange, Burgundy Glass, and Orange for Garnish
Instructions: How to Make: Start with 1 Ounce Martini & Rossi Fiero, 3/4 Rosé All Day, Top with Soda Water, Orange slice for Garnish

Lite on the Rocks Episode 1: Pink Summer Lemonade Cocktail
RECIPE HERE: Pink Summer Lemonade Cocktail: In a pitcher, add 2 cups of ice, 3/4 cup vodka, 1/4 cup Malibu Rum, 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/3 cup cranberry juice, add half a liter of pink lemonade and half a liter of Sprite. Stir with a spoon, pour into a fun glass and serve cold! You can play with the measurements to your taste, of course, and add a little garnish or umbrella for fun! As always, substitute the alcohol for a little more cranberry, seltzer, or lemonade! Cheers!!
Lite on the Rocks Episode 2: Coco for Coconut
RECIPE HERE: Fill a shaker with ice, Add-in one shot glass full of Rum (Kraken Spiced Rum), Add-in one shot glass full of Pineapple Vodka (Smirnoff), Add-in two shot glasses full of Coconut Liqueur
(Mr. Stacks), and Add in two shot glasses full of Orange, Pineapple and Banana Juice (Dole). Shake/Mix, Pour over a glass of ice, add straw and pineapple slice and enjoy!
You could also throw all of these ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice to make a frozen version of this… or you can ditch the juice and make yourself a shot of coconut heaven!
Lite on the Rocks Episode 3: Summer Strawberry Daiquiris
RECIPE HERE: 1&1/2 Cups white rum,1/2 to 3/4 cup of fresh-squeezed lime juice from a few juicy limes, 1/4 to 1/3 cup simple syrup, depending on your preferred sweetness, One 16-ounce package frozen strawberries OR cut and slice your own fresh strawberries and freeze! Ice cubes, Strawberries, lime wheels, or umbrellas for garnish (optional), Toss ingredients in the blender and add ice, blend, then add more ice as needed to make it slushy!
Lite on the Rocks Episode 4: Irish Dream Cones
RECIPE HERE: Mix a cup of Irish Cream (Emmet’s or Bailey’s or whichever you prefer) and mix in a blender with a cup of ice and 1 & 1/2 cups of ice cream ( I used coffee ice cream)… and pour into a cone that’s been pre-dipped in hardening chocolate/chocolate melts and sprinkles. Add Whipped cream (and a cherry if you want) on top and serve immediately.
Lite on the Rocks Episode 5: Peanut Butter Whiskey with Erin from Wines & More

Screwy Monkey: Mix ice cream (vanilla), ice, 2 ounces of pineapple juice, 1 ounce of banana rum cream, 1 & 1/2 ounces of peanut butter whiskey, and a splash of creme de coconut… and then once mixed, pour into a glass that’s been drizzled with chocolate syrup!
PB & J: Mix 1 shot glass of peanut butter whiskey with one shot of Chambord and serve over a big fat ice cube.
Peanut Butter Cup Martini: Mix one shot glass of peanut butter whiskey with one shot of Chocolate liqueur (ChocoVine) in a shaker filled with ice, Shake and pour in a martini glass. YUM!
