Marino is not only handsome but he’s the first Cat De Fila De Sao Miguel we’ve ever had! This breed, from Portugal, known as an Azores Cattle Dog is described as very intelligent with a great capacity to learn and who needs daily exercise. Marino LOVES to be pet and will gobble up all the affection you can give him. This 1.5-yr-old pup would make a wonderful addition to an “active adults only” home. He enjoys car rides, likes his toys, and knows many commands that he’s eager to impress you with.

I had a really great life being a cat lady’s best friend, but unfortunately, she had to move into a nursing home. I’m still trying to get used to the shelter, but I am already really warming up to everyone I meet! I melt everyone’s heart with my crossed eyes, but I’m just crossing my fingers hoping someone will pick me. The thing is, since I lived with my best friend my entire life, I can’t seem to get used to young children or dogs. So if you have a quiet, cat-centric home, can I come over and play?
