Say “Hello” to Freddie! Freddie is a very sweet boy, but he is very stressed and anxious in the shelter setting. He would do best in a home with another dog. He really likes small dogs so if you have a smaller dog, that’s a plus! He’s also a “Marvin’s Friend” which means NO ADOPTION FEE!
Hi I’m Leena! I am a 3-year-old female pit bull. Let me tell you a little about my life. I have not always had it so great. I was picked up as a stray extremely skinny and underfed last August by a wonderful animal control officer. I have been at a shelter for 11 months and have enjoyed a meal twice a day and lots of new friends. My shelter friends told me I am very smart and have learned sit, paw, wait, and to go into a kennel on command. Some of my favorite things to do are going for long walks, car rides, and I love a good nose work game, I will do anything for cheese! I am quite the diva with a personality that will melt your heart in seconds. I’m also extremely energetic and love to run so I would be a good match for someone that loves outdoor activities. I met a few people along my journey that helped me get to where I am today and they say they have said I have come such a long way. My besties talked to some of their human friends and got me transferred to the RISPCA, thinking a change of scenery may help me get in my new home sooner. I surely am ready to meet you! I love all people, I would just like to be the only pet in your home for you to love.
