Singer, songwriter, lyricist and legendary vocalist Jeffrey Osborne joined Heather and Steve this morning to talk about how he is teaming up with Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods to discover the area’s next singing sensation this spring and summer.

The talent search will kick off on March 17 at 1pm at the Tanger Outlets music stage with a special appearance from the GRAMMY-nominated singer before his performance at the Fox Theater.
