Meet Ace and Amalie: Our latest FURRY FRIENDS of the WEEK (7/18/16)
Adopt them today at the RISPCA!
Ace is a 4-year old Chihuahua/West Highland Terrier Mix who would love a stable and loving home to call his own. This little muffin man is quite the character & is guaranteed to keep you smiling! He is very stressed here at the shelter and we would like to see him snapped up quickly and taken home. Ace will warm up quickly and be your best friend in no time! In addition to love, Ace will need a patient owner to help him on his potty training as he wasn’t properly trained, left to have the run of the house, and taken for few daily walks. He’s a smart little fella so with some guidance and perhaps some crate training we are sure Ace will figure this out! He has lived with dogs of all different sizes and ages. He says ‘no’ on cats but a ‘yes’ on car rides! He has lived with people of all ages from tiny tots to the elderly so why not come in and see for yourself how darned cute he is in person!
Amalie was found on the abandoned on the East Bay Bike Path in a carrier, along with her kitten. She was covered in feces and understandably very scared. After a few days, she was a new cat! Super friendly and loveable. A little on the shy side, but a wonderful cat. We’re sure this little lady will find a good home very soon!
