Meet Daisy and Brooklyn – our latest FURRY FRIENDS of the WEEK! (5/23)

Daisy is a 3-year old spayed, calico cat. When Daisy first came to the shelter, she was very hissy, angry, and in heat! We have had her spayed and she has started to settle down. She now seems happier with being pet in her cage and will allow that for a little while. Although she came in with another cat, she gets hissy when she sees the other cats, so she may be happier being an only pet in the house. Daisy may need a little time to adjust to her new home, but she’ll make a great pet once she is out of the shelter environment.

Brooklyn is a 7-year-old Cocker Spaniel with lots of spunk! He was recently returned to the shelter and would prefer a quieter home. He is very laid back, friendly, and gets along with other dogs!
